The delivery was prompt, although for the size of the delivery, the box was far too big. They'd surely save themselves some money posting smaller boxes. The problem I encountered was the absence of a receipt with prices included in the delivery, so when I went in store to return an item, they could only offer me a credit note. Which would have been fine, had it not been the Halifax store. The manager was unpleasant and even all the delicious chocolate around her didn't do anything to improve dealing with her. The chocolates themselves although good, are no longer as great as I thought. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
