	Still waiting Reading the other reviews here I expect the same will happen to me. Tracks at £0.00 and then goes payable at £0.00 - Of course I have had to raise a claim on TCB and I am still waiting! Not impressed!!

	When it comes to the big cashback never pays Ignore the fake 5 star reviews. You won't get paid despite following all the steps they always use the same excuse "Regrettably, your claim has been declined. This is due to the network agency not identifying TopCashback as the last referrer for your transaction". Quit lying. If only they allowed screenshot evidence to be uploaded with a claim but they don't because they know they would get destroyed because they would have to pay out.

	Declined cashback did not receive cashback from retailer despite following all the necessary steps of making sure that I did not divert from clicking the button and ensuring the transaction completed - seems as if other people are having the exact same problem with the cashback being declined. Poor customer service regarding TC when dealing with the claim

	Avoid Please avoid them as they do not pay out despite putting in a missing cashback claim. They stated I used another referral system which is why they cannot pay but that is not true.

	Rubbish As per most of the other reviewers, I waited over 4 months to hear back for a cashback claim only to by told "our claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". Definitely seems like something snidey is going on with this merchant.

	Cashback declined Same as a previous commenter, "our claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". Disappointing. Also, they charge 20p per transaction. I became overdrawn by the 20p, and had to transfer 40p from another account to cover that and the fee incurred by that transfer. Likely to also be charged for being overdrawn. Avoid!

	Maybe you'll get paid, maybe you won't. Tedious. Tide offers £80 cash back for opening a Free Business Account and funding it with £50. I did this and was credited with £0 - I am now having to waste time pursuing a claim via TopCashback.

	Didn't pay out, useless support Didn't track, cashback also declined. Tide customer support doesn't seem to know what TopCashback is or how it works, seems to think you need a voucher code for cashback which clearly you do not. AVOID THIS MERCHANT.
