Got there eventually, but it was painful.. Spent a lot of time on the phone to overseas call centres. First line support were poor, nobody wants to own the problem, and they will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Tech support in second line support is better, but difficult to reach. That said, my broadband is now working and seems to be good.

Had an awful saga with Tiscali in trying to transfer over my phone and broadband when I moved house. They seem to have absolutely no system for internal communication and proved to be completely incompetent in dealing with the transfer. Having said that, as long as everything goes smoothly and you don't have to contact them with any queries they are one of the cheapest in the market.

If you like no hassel servies then i would recomend tiscali.Recently changed from Virginmedia, no problem they provided uptodate info about the status via e-mail and the change over was very quick and easy. Only one moan could do with better customer services via phone, takes to long for them to answer the phone.

tracking was successful and took just a few days to show up but no estimated payable date yet? which is a bit odd. tiscali have got my address really wrong and can't match the MAC code and tel. no. which is pretty bizarre as i gave them all this information correctly when i signed up so i am not a completely happy bunny!
