Dreadful experience - would have given zero stars if possible. I made a purchase in August 2020 and it took until November 2022 to get a payout although this came from Topcashback not Tom Tom.This shouldnt reflect badly on Topcashback though I wont be bothering with Tom Tom again!

I spend nearly £120 on a new Go 510 World sat-nav so was expecting a nice cashback only for the transaction not to track so I raised a ticket and after waiting 6 months it was declined saying that they didn't believe that TCB were the last link in the chain before I purchased the device. Ironically the new Tomtom sat-nav is even slower and less useful features than my old Go 530. Useless.

As with everybody else recently, Tomtom do not pay out, just myself got a 'returned/cancelled' order - with that in writting, expect a credit card claw back as I did not get a refund, I will be raising the case with my credit card provider to claim that £40 back - thanks for giving me the evidence I need Tomtom

Shopped twice through TCB in the last 2 years, cashback declined on both occasions with silly excuses by merchant, do not bother using TCB for purchases from TomTom ! Utterly useless !

Thoroughly dissatisfied with Tom Tom.
They declined my cash back saying the transaction was cancelled - what a complete load if rubbish.
I did NOT cancel the transaction and I paid the fee to upgrade my Tom Tom software.
The device gets slower every time I use it and they have you by the short and curlies because I'm already into them for several hundred pounds having bought the device and maps plus upgrades.
I will NOT recommend this company. Beware!

Cashback for purchase of new map for GPS didn't track. Claim submitted through top cashback and rejected after 2 months because Tom Tom said that the order was cancelled or returned. Odd as I seem to have paid for the item! Not a good experience.

I like the TomTom products, but latest purchase for speed camera subscription through TCB didn't track, and after raising a query have been told cashback was refused as item was cancelled or returned - which it definitely wasn't as its still active!
