	I placed an order on the 27 July and didn't receive till the 5 August even though it said in-stock on the web-page. When it arrived it was damaged with a slight bend in the tool. I got in touch and they said return it for a replacement. I returned it on the 11 August via Royal Mail and still haven't had a replacement tool. I still to this day 3 months later have not received a replacement tool. It has been over 7 years since I have ordered of this firm because there service was very unreliable and there after service has not improved at all once they have got your money.

	Ordered twice from company and both times items that were in stock on website took over a month to be delivered. Several e-mails saying it will be in stock by X date followed by, will be in stock at a later date. Won't be using again

	Most competetive price I could find for my Bosch Hedge Trimmer even before the very welcome 10% weekend discount and the cashback (which,incidentally,tracked within an hour.) Product arrived within 48 hours and I was kept informed of the progress of my delivery throughout. A first class service and buying experience makes Tooled-Up com my automatic first choice for similar future purchases.
