NEVER TRACKS
Never tracks and Topcashback DOES NOT CARE either. As long as they get the money, they let the customers waste time to raise missing cashback tickets. Worst customer service from Topcashback

Usual Tracking Problems
I always order online, often by phone before travelling to collect from a store, to ensure product is available. I seem to have a problem with their website taking payment and often have to make multiple attempts to pay. I have gave them a 2 rather than a 1, because they Do pay out, but you have to Submit every cashback from them, as a claim. Toolstation is fine for most of their items. My only gripe is with the tracking.

To basically copy & paste what most reviews say.
I have Never yet had purchases automatically track! I always have to submit a claim even after clearing cookies etc .
I have gave them a 2 rather than a 1, because they Do pay out, but you have to Submit every cashback from them, as a claim.
Toolstation is fine for most of their items.
My only gripe is with the tracking.

Dosent track
Never yet had this automatically track always have to submit a claim even after clearing cookies etc .
Tool stations OK much the same as Screwfix my only gripe is with the tracking

Toolstation orders never track with Topcashback
I always have to submit a Missing Cashback claim with Toolstation orders, despite clearing caches and accepting Cookies, so hence my one star review! I get good service with Toolstation, but this review is my experience via Topcashback, and many other reviews are saying the same thing; come on Toolstation - get it sorted out!

Company is fine but cashback very rarely tracks.
Almost always need to submit claim via TCB customer services - which then takes months to resolve. Don't have this issue with other, similar, companies so this looks like a deliberate policy (by someone).

Regularly keep an eye out for the 5% promom cashback rates, but anything is a bonus when youre buying it anyway, especially if its for a job

TOP CASH BACK promise is false
We spend hundreds of pounds a year at Toolstation, and always go through Topcashback, every 2 months or so, I literally have to go through all our purchases to claim back the cash, to date I am still waiting for settlement on purchases dating back to the begining of the year. As a very large Plumbing & Heating company, we spend a huge amount over the year split between Toolstation and SCREWFIX. until this problem with TOPCASH BACK is resolved, we will no longer be using Toolstation.

Don't bother they don't track your cashback
Did everything according to Topcashback instructions, The purchase didn't track automatically, when I claimed the missing cashback they said I used another cashback site which I definitely did not because I only use Topcashback. So I advise use Screwfix instead.
