Hit and miss with these guys, I've been using them via TCB for a while now - same latop, browser and method for about 20+ orders. Sometimes a purchase tracks, sometimes it doesn't. If you submit a manual claim, sometime they honour it, sometimes they claim that TCB 'was not the final referrer'. Unreliable - don't count on this cashback.

They are a complete waste of space, hardly track any purchase. You submit multiple claim (as they hardly track anything) and then after 8 months (September to April) they state "unable to identify that we were the last referral to this sale" Waste of time!!!

Cashback no longer tracks and have to submit claim and wait to see if its accepted. Use Toolstation all the time as they are convenient and open all hours. Good products at a good price and cashback was that little bit of icing on the cake!
