None of my transactions have shown for toolstation for over a month now. To raise a ticket for each one would take to much time. So I find this frustrating, and your customer service process really unfriendly. I would much rather talk to someone.

Toolstation themselves I would rate more highly but the cashback experience not so. Really inconsistent and strangely only the smaller order tracked. Missing cashback claim rejected despite order number etc no discounts on order etc.

Great mail order / web order retailer. The order always arrives promptly by courier firm Yodel (never by parcel force).
Easy web site to navigate Ideal products and prices for all diy tasks. Products are not of super high quality, but are certainly of a good standard.
There is no Cashback offered by this merchant at present.
