To avoid!
At first, I thought it was so great to get £85 for my old iPhone in perfect condition and £25 cash back as well! But once they received my phone they send me a new offer of £35, saying that the screen had scratches and sent me a video showing the scratches and damage on “my phone” screen. I was surprised about that but thought that maybe the phone got damaged during transport. The offer being too low for me I asked for my phone to be send back which was easy and free! I just got my phone back and surprise, surprise…there is no scratches on the screen and the damage shown on the video they sent me if nowhere to be seen either. Clearly they lie to people selling their phone in order to buy it cheaper!!! After reading reviews, this is clearly how they operate in order to buy your phone for a lot less money that they first advertised! Basically a scam!!!

WENT WELL FOR ME BUT READ MY REVIEW IF YOU'RE UNSURE
So I did my research only AFTER sending my phone and I was regretting my choice. However they paid the amount originally agreed with the cashback and payment was super swift. HOWEVER, I think their criteria is very misleading and you have to be careful. Their good means sublime, as good as new, basically brand new. Even their 'pretty good' means barely a scratch on it. Just bare that in mind. My phone I had 8 months and kept in great condition, never dropped it once, never allowed it to get a scratch or a mark and cleaned the screen every week. I was still expecting them to offer less but they paid the full amount plus £25 cashback. Overall try to match the criteria properly and it should be less problems.

Wish I'd have read the reviews first
Sent my good used condition iPhone XR after being offered £85 and today get an email to say that it's deemed faulty because there are some scratches on it and the counter offer is £5!! Avoid this at all costs - I now have the issue of getting my phone back. I would suggest selling your phone elsewhere and avoid this at all costs.

All good but Cashback slow
All went okay in the process of selling my phone to WBAP, they did send a counter offer after my original quote but this was acceptable and I happily accepted, they processed the payment a day later, around a week ago but the cashback is yet to be payable, I did this for some quick cash so am upset it hasn't become payable after the '1 weeks' average, it's Friday now so hopefully it comes by next week

No issues.
Sent my phone on Saturday 27th July using their pre-paid label. Received the full money quoted today (02/08) along with a £25 bonus from topcashback. They made no attempt to haggle and provided their test report too.

AVOID AVOID don't get sucked in by catfish price !
So this is how this company works. First they give you a decent price for your phone based on your opinion of it, 'good' 'average' etc. Then you send it off and they will come back with a low ball stupid figure. saying its below the condition you said it was. Now condition is subject to opinion but mine two experiences have caut these clowns out. Sent at the same time: iPhone 11 pro max: was in good condition, no significant scratches or marks on the screen or back., not perfect, not excellent, but good, Initial offer £201. Downgraded to average by these clowns, new offer £85 !! Samsung S21 ultra: Now this was is excellent condition, no marks at all on the screen or back. Initial offer £200. Downgraded to average condition by these clowns, once again, new offer £110. Can you see the pattern, sell it on Marketplace, sell it to anyone but these !

Offered £75 less than initial value - AVOID
Offered initial quote of £197. Sent in an insurance replacement phone - new screen and back. Was in excellent condition, as new - offered £75 less than initial value. Avoid as a scam to send in high value and offer low irrespective of condition

Very poor
I sent my phone in and was offered £170. They came back and reduced it to £25 saying it was faulty. The phone was not faulty, they ran tests which the phone had passed and had come back saying it was working fully. There was some light scratching on the red outside (not the screen just normal usage), which they said made the device ‘faulty’. Don’t bother, it’s essentially a scam.
