	Just as terrible as everyone says I didn't get any cashback, no response so far after manually submitting claims for multiple untracked purchases that were made several months ago.

	really bad tracking Tracking never worked. Tried different computers and even from my phone. You always have to raise a case to get the cashback. The last one they almost rejected the claim. Please fix this.

	Terrible experience - Cashback has never tracked I only get cashback from Top Cashback after I lodge a missing cashback claim with Top Cashback. I've placed several orders with Tradepoint through Top Cashback, and none have tracked automatically despite following all the guidelines that should ensure cashback tracks. Customer services usually sort this out for me, but it should work properly first time.

	Don’t bother, they refuse to pay out Made multiple purchases, trade point is refusing to payout. The customer service team is unhelpful and just says cashback is never guaranteed. Ridiculous. Won’t be using again. I’m raising a complaint but the customer support said it’s pointless because they won’t do anythIng because they’ve done nothing wrong. “ As the outcome of the claim was made from the retailers network we do not have any influence over this. We do advise that cashback isn’t guaranteed or promised because it is a commission for referrals and we can’t guarantee we will be the referral. Whoever identifies as the main reason for the sale will receive the commission. There is a little more detail that you can find on the following link: https://www.topcashback.co.uk/help/how-can-i-make-sure-i-receive-my-cashback We do try and dispute any claim that progresses to being declined when we can however, with this type of decline the retailer and their network stand by this solid resolution which means we are unable to challenge it I'm afraid.”

	Rarely tracks. Rarely tracks and if it does it's often at the wrong value not taking into account offers that are on. Think they are 4 for 4 this year getting it wrong in some way.

	Another two purchases not tracked Why is it that Trade-Point is one of the few merchants that never track. Another two claims to TCB being submitted. Is it really worth the hassle, or should they just be removed from TCB
