Not a good merchant in cashback.. First they didn't track my cashback and when I requested my missing cashback they've rejected that one... So be careful using this merchant on cashback

price shown on website been booking but call back on day of departure to say not available and ask for higher price alternative flight! giving my family lots of hassle and longer wait at airport!!!

Not a good Merchant in Cashback.. First they didn't track my cashback and when I requested my missing cashback they've rejected that one... so be careful using this Merchant on Cashback

PLEASE PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE!!!! I attempted TWO DIFFERENT transactions with them. One on the 8th of August for £294 from a TSB bank card. The transaction was pending. I got numeorous ineligable voicemails and made numerous calls (had to wait at least 2 hours for call back) until finally getting the 'apparent manager' on the phone . He didn't care, he just returned the money back to me on the 12th of August!!!. TSB had no idea why they wouldn't take it...Travel trolley said it was not secure. I had NO EMAIL WHICH I ASKED FOR TO DETAIL WHAT HAD HAPPENED! Meanwhile flight went up exponentially...so had to try a different day. Thought it be best to try another card...this was on the 14 of August 2015, using a LLOYDS CARD for departure on the 22nd instead. AGAIN DENIED! Called Lloyds...they had no idea who Travel trolley was as there was no request from them for payment. SO 2 DIFFERENT DAYS, 2 DIFFERENT BANKS, 2 DIFFERENT ACCOUNT NAMES AND 2 DIFFERENT DEPARTURE DAYS and Travel Trolley still denied the payment. Wouldn't explain. But get this.....they wanted me to put money into there bank account!!! Absolutely no way! Garima from customer support (I got the number from their website) was not 'allowed' to tell me her position in the company. Basically appaling customer service. The worst experience of my entire life, and I'm an ex travel reservationist and still have no clue. Biggest headache ever...ended up having to miss days from uni in Beijing as my inteded departure day was too costly after a week of attempted booking, so I booked directly with QATAR with the LLOYDs card...Lloyds was expecting the payment has it showed up on their system. George is the aparent manager, no help whatsoever. I almost tried a 3rd card just to see what would happen but Garima (they all sounded Indian so I'm guessing lost in translation) said lease don't try another card...I don't want your money to get stuck again!!??

Got the best price for my long haul flight from Travel Trolley, even before adding the £5 discount from TCB and the cashback. My flight was confirmed within 24 hours of booking for the price quoted. But beware that Travel Trolley don't do live flight bookings, your booking will be manually processed within 24 hours or so (so the seats might have been sold or increased in price). Cashback tracked quickly but remains to be seen if/when it will be paid.
