Not always tracked and despite sending proof they decline. It's 50:50, don't buy from TravelUp on the basis of the cash back, think of it as a bonus if it tracks. They aren't always honest.

Did not pay out, reason was that Topcashback was not the last referral. Which is rubbish. If you are hoping for cashback then look elsewhere

Having booked a long haul flight DIRECT to japan and paid in full (£1251). This company then sent me my conformation and tickets for a 1-STOP flight via MOSCOW. Very bad customer service has been received by them and no help at all, deceitful staff, not returning call's and NO REFUND given. Had to get Barclaycard involved too issue proceeding against them, lucky for me I used my visa/credit card and was protected. Will never use this company ever again and don't recommend anyone else to use them either. I have never had this problem in booking & traveling over the last 20yrs until now.

Yet again, no cashback, and how do you raise a cashback claim on this site? It says you have to raise it within 30 days, but It's now already aoutside this and I've only just seen it appear on this months credit card statement. Avoid.

I didn't get my full cashback. Had to leave 100 euro key deposit. The apartment ( Mariscal V) was substandard, the tv wasn't working, the kettle wasn't working, the pool wasn't open, the appartment was dirty, the balcony doors didn't lock, Workman renovating the next door apartment all week, making lots of noise. Overall i cannot reccomend them.

separately spent over £500 each time on return flights to Hong Kong since the beginning of the 2018, so £7 cashback not exactly a lot but transaction has not tracked, submitted claim to topcashback that retailer has refused to pay out, conclusion was TravelUp didn't want to pay out. end of. Will not use again!!

watch out for rate loading ... visit by a TCB link and hotel rates are approx. 2.5% higher than going direct. Not the first time I’ve noticed a merchant emily this tactic to make cashback rates look more attractive than they really are. Terrible practice.

Spent £1650 on 2 return flights to Perth, Australia, so £7 cashback not exactly a lot but transaction has not tracked, submitted claim to Topcashback that retailer has refused to pay out, only use Travel Up if they are significantly cheaper otherwise DO NOT USE !!!!
