I would not recommend the Travelodge at Liverpool Street. The condition of the room was poor, lifting tiles in shower room for example, staff not at all helpfull.

Terrible! Booked to stay 2 nights online in Ireland total of 133 Euro, was told by website to pay in cash at reception on arrival. No cashback amount reported, by the time i realised something was wrong and tried to submit missing feedback it said it was too late!! When i actually stayed there on 2 September and 25 August which is when i paid which is not 50 days from today 6 October. Not impressed.

I use travelodges fairly frequently but this is the first time I realised they were included in cashback site - cashback pending appeared promptly.
