Worst service and conflict resolution I have ever experienced. Owed £39 and this has been going on for nearly a year. No response from Travelodge and passed between four people at Top Cashback, with mostly copy and paste responses, sprinkled with some snide “look at our T&C’s” messages. Genuinely, I would avoid at all cost.

Very disappointed. I had cashback declined as due to weather i could not fly to cornwal l and did not stay at the hotel that night. I did however pay in full in advance and did not receive a refund. Very poor show
