I haven't even stayed at the hotel yet the booking if for the 2nd of May, and I already have the cashback back in my account. Top service very impressed, assumed they would withold until after stay (non-cancellation room so maybe they would if I could cancel it)

WATCH OUT! This merchant does NOT offer their best advertised deals to anyone coming via TCB. For example, a room through TCB came up as £36 per night. Going direct without TCB referral was £22 for the identical room. The cashback of 4% doesn't make that difference up! Very sharp practice by Travelodge and perhaps TCB should look into this - not a saving!

Very unimpressed, have made many stays with Travelodge and not received any payments yet. Worse, most visits needed a missing cash back claims, none of which have been accepted.

Out of 13 bookings only 4 were recognised within a couple of days, all the others I have had to raise a "missing claim"
Very disapointed in Travelodge.

this is under the heading FASTER CASH BACK what!!!!! should be slower than ever cash back its a gamble if you get it should be 8 weeks more like 8 months.........merchants used to be good on here whats happened to them when no-one wants to pay what they promise?????

It is now May. My cashback was due at the beginning of April but there is no sign of it as yet. The statistics still state:
"We last received a payment from this merchant during February 2013, for transactions in December 2012."
In other words in May 2013, no cashback has not been paid for any transactions since December 2012. The Average payment speed of 6 weeks is obviously miles off the mark.
This does not reflect well on both the merchant and Topcashback (that their statistics are so wrong)...

Still waiting for cashback payable from January and February for Travelodge cashback. Why does it take so long to get the cashback from this hotelier.Transaction is confirmed within 24 hours and 81 days later I am still waiting for payable cashback.

My cashback didn't track properly and I have been waiting months for my claim. It simply says "Waiting on merchant". I will never stay in a Travelodge again until this is sorted as a point of principle.

As always an excellent service. I've used this site twice this week and cashback tracked immediately in both cases, in fact my first booking/cashback has already reached the 'confirmed' slot. I always use Travelodge and they've never failed to let me down.

Disappointed! Over 2 months down the line & still not tracked. Worked really well & quickly the 1st time round which is why I went back. Think I'll be staying with a different hotel chain next time.
