First transaction tracked and confirmed very quick, second transaction took a while (had to submit missing claim), but tracked and confirmed quickly after that. No problems.

Haven't received the cashback yet, but tracked the next day for one transaction. I had to submit a missing claim for a second transaction but that was then quickly tracked also. No problems.
