Waste of time going through this merchant
I have just had two claims for travel insurance declined even though I cleared all the cookies before purchasing insurance. One was from ten months ago so no chance of putting in a claim now. Complete waste of time ... do not bother using this merchant and use someone else.

No cash back after one year.
I have been chasing TopCashback for the past tweleve months to get my cashback only to be told I will never get this cashback. Poor service from TopCashback and TravelSupermarket. Why are TravelSupermarket still on TopCashback when they do not pay out to TopCashback members?

Do not use these people. They rejected my cash back claim on the grounds of "not meeting terms and conditions". What utter rubbish is that? All I did was buy insurance via their site and they refuse to pay out. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Did not track my cashback and topcashback told me to lodge a complaint only once I have gotten back from my trip and now they're not letting me lodge a complaint because it has been over 100 days since my click.
