For timed or dated appointments, such as spa days and breaks, they offer a 24-hour 'change of mind' guarantee, which starts from the moment you make a purchase.

Should you change your mind within this period, they will give you a full refund. If you change your mind after 24 hours, you will be given a credit note for the full value of the purchase, which will be valid for six months.

These can only be redeemed online, while the full amount must be used. eVouchers come with a 14 working day 'change of mind' guarantee, which starts the day after you make the purchase. If you decide it is not for you, they will fully refund the original method of payment.

If it is after the 14 working days, they will give you a credit note for the value of the voucher, which will be valid for six months. The same conditions apply to gift cards, while all of their partners have a cancellation policy, which means no bookings can be amended or cancelled within a certain period leading up to the date of your booking, such as 24 hours.
