Tredz aim to offer you the best prices and if you spot an item being offered at a lower price by a UK retailer, they will aim to match it.

However, they cannot match some prices offered on sites like eBay and Amazon or by international sellers. The product you are asking them to price match must be the same size and colour, be in stock on the competitor's website and have the same delivery time.

Promotions, discounts or offers will not be included in the price match, while they cannot price match products which are bought through a finance payment method if repayments and rates are higher than Tredz RRP or their own finance terms.

Tredz offer free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands), for orders over £20. For any larger items, they offer a courier service via DHL. Delivery of bulkier items will cost more.

If you need your items sooner, order by 3pm and you can upgrade to their next working day service. Bikes are excluded from this service because they have to be assembled and quality checked by their team of professional bike builders.

Alternatively, if you live nearby, you can choose to collect your items from one of their stores in Wales. They will contact you when it is ready for collection and you can pick it up at any time during opening hours. You will need to take a copy of your confirmation email and a form of photographic ID.

You can return complete and unused unwanted items - as long as they are in their original, resaleable condition and securely packaged - with 365 days of receipt (exclusions apply) for a refund or exchange.

To help them process your return as quickly as possible, you should fill in and enclose the return form - a link to which you will find on the returns page. You will need to pay the return postage costs and you should obtain proof of postage.

If you're returning a smaller item, you can return this via Royal Mail or at a local Asda store, using the Asda toyou service. To do this, print a returns label or retrieve a QR code by clicking on the link to the Asda toyou service on the Tredz returns page. Attach this to your parcel, or print your label in store and ensure that you enclose the returns form. You can then take your parcel to your local Asda store where you will be given a tracking receipt and they will handle the rest of the return.

When returning a bike or any larger items over 25kg in weight, you need to contact Tredz to arrange a courier collection service. They will issue a full refund, less any postage fees (for express delivery etc). There is also a £20 fee for returning larger items and a £35 fee for returning a bike if the reasons for doing so are that the items are simply the wrong size or are just unwanted.
