Lied about my purchase value (they claimed £78 on an actual purchase of £193), so will definitely not go back to them for cashback.
Their "4 day delivery" via DPD took slightly over a week to arrive (package was routed via barcelona and holland). Tracking number doesn't work until package eventually hits the UK.
Products just had a thick plastic bag around the retail packaging; this seemed adequate.
I won't be buying from them again.

Ordered a Garmin Edge only to find an EM later stating I had cancelled it. After contacting them I found they had made a mistake and cancelled the order. Wasn't impressed with the Customer Service agent, who was difficult to understand as English was clearly not her first language. Ordered off a different company as I was not confident in what they were telling me about reordering on line.
