Tracked as Zero Payable as Zero - rubbish!!!!!!!!
If I could give it a Zero Rating I would. This is an eligible tour for cashback. Tracked as Zero reached Payable as Zero. Lodged a claim with Topcashback team and reading all these other bad reviews about Tripadvisor am I going to have to wait until the next Millennium before I receive what’s owing to me or maybe this is a ploy by Tripadvisor to get the bookings and not pay the Cashback. I am appalled by this situation as such a BIG organisation as Tripadvisor should not be playing such silly games or treating their account holders in this fashion

Cash back zero!!
Cash back status is payable but amount states £0.00!! Trip booked through the correct procedure etc, very disappointed.

So far this retailer has not provided any of the cashback earned.
I have used them 3 times, correctly through your site, and each time they refuse to pay. Topcashback has been helpful in this matter though.

Didn't track at purchase then the claim was decline saying I had gone through another clock to complete the purchase but this is a total lie as I always close all other browsers down when completing a transaction.

Won’t payout
Tripadvisor declined my cashback claiming I used a promo code so I would avoid using them even if they have ‘exclusive offer’ don’t be fooled!

I made a purchase in 2021 total value £150, this is still showing as pending at June 2023 - looking at other reviews this is a common occurrence.
