Don't bother...
As someone else has previously mentioned here, despite providing every bit of information they need to authorise the cashback, and an active membership that they can clearly track from their end, never received an update from 'Trusted' House Sitters end for the missing cashback claim. I wonder why TCB keep promoting them with such poor feedback from their members.

Don’t bother
Despite customer number, receipt and queries and a membership booked through this site they declined cash back with no proper explanation. If there is another similar pet sitting service I would investigate membership with them instead as if the admin are like this with cash back- what would they be like if your house got wrecked by a sitter and you wanted compensation….. beware

Despite sharing all details of my account, invoice/receipt numbers they are claiming not to be able to track the purchase. Working with Topcashback team now but doesn’t seem hopeful

8 weeks and not tracked
I purchased a subscription on 14th January , even though I lodged a complaint as not tracked and on 1 February saying it was now tracking there is nothing showing in my earnings. The housesitters site has changed over the last 2 years in way of requesting and applying for sits , they've overcomplicated things by making it an almost 1 out of 5 will get the sit so you neither get the quality of applicants or you don't have much of a chance of applying unless you are constantly checking your device of choice for new sits. It was so much better when the pet/home owner could pause applications.
