	Used Tui travel money twice & not tracked I’ve had to go through customer service on both occasions to receive my cashback as both times they didn’t track. On the first occasion customer service recovered my cashback. On the second occasion Tui travel money declined my cashback due to the evidence I provided. I provided more evidence but it was still declined. Customer service were very professional in trying to help me & paid my cashback as a good will gesture.

	Dishonest offer Tui offer an attractive cash back on a foreign exchange purchase. As you will see from reviews, they rarely, if ever pay it. This could be described as sharp practice, or outright dishonesty, as it is clearly far too often to be a coincidence. I raised a claim 5 months ago, but am still waiting for any response from Tui. I am certain that I followed the correct procedure during my currency purchase and have the screen dumps to prove it.

	Unbelievably slow and always needs a missing cashback claim Good offer but very poor payment. If you do get a payout, it takes months...and months...and months!

	Very dissapointing Selected Tui travel money for my holiday cash becasue with cashback they were good value, not the cheapest but a known, trusted name. Sadly my cashback did not track, and Tui denied the claim. I've been doing this for years, and know exactly how to ensure cashback tracks. Just sharp practice I believe, expected more from the brand.

	3 Orders and I have had to add a claim for every one of them Never track their cashback, on all 3 orders I have done with them I have had to add a missing cashback claim. I feel this is very dishonest of them as they're getting the business from topcashback but not paying what they promise unless people spend the time chasing.

	Tui travel money Used three times and still waiting for cash back to even appear. Also had a deal showing in August and despite receiving the travel money still not received the link to the deal. What a shambles and perhaps TCB should ditch them!

	Advertising 4% cash back, waited 15 weeks then declined for no reason, total waste of time and won’t be using Tui again. Poor service all round and over priced holidays.

	Cashback tracked at £0 and then went payable at £0 despite the transaction tracking the correct purchase. Would not use TUI again. Very poor experience.
