Can't understand the bad reviews???
I just can't understand the bad reviews.
Could it be other tyre companies trying to bad mouth tyre net?
I ordered 4 Goodyear tyres 255 45r 20.
The order was to be delivered on the 5th June.
They arrived by DPD in perfect condition.
On the time stated by Tyre.net I was dubious during the shipping because of the bad feedback so decided to contact tyre net, customer support, call time from 0700 until 21.00. I called for updates quite a few times and everytime my call was answered by a polite and very informative operator. The sale, delivery and tracking was absolutely perfect. The tyres did come from Germany but tracked all the way to my door.
Delivered when on time as order stipulated, arrived with no damage and costomer support was great.Can't recomend them enough.
Wish I could personally recommend them by my personal email. Great deal as well. Less than half of UK price.

I've been in the automotive trade for nearly 30 years and this company have taken the top spot for worst tyre company to deal with by an absolute mile. They advertise products they do not have in stock and do not respond to communications. They are not based in the UK but in Germany so, let's see if I get clobbered with some Brexit tax silliness too. In my professional opinion I would stick with ProTyres/Black Circles and get them delivered and fitted locally. We're all feeling the financial pinch right now, but it's just not worth using this company at all. As I said, in all my years on the tools, no tyre company has ever been this truly awful overall.

Non responsive when I had a delay with my order. Order was 2 weeks before it was cancelled. Low prices but cannot deliver goods!
