Getting better at (occasionally) paying cashback, but terrible customer service when there is an issue. They just don't want to know or to attempt to right any wrongs.

Uber Eats doesn't track properly and when it does it gets declined. I've literally had to create a claim each time I've used Uber Eats for months now!
