dont understand how the tracking statistics say 6 months, ive been waiting 8 months. After reading the recent reviews i realise i may have many more months to wait. I have used other utility comparison sites where the payment speed is only a few months

Quick and easy to use their service and got a good deal on my gas and electric. Took veeery long to pay out the cashback, but they got there in the end

Terrible. The slowest payout I have ever experienced. It took 14 months to receive this cashback and I hadlong since written off this money, not expecting it to be paid.

Be prepared to wait for 9 months for the cashback, and note the piece under "Good to know" about "payouts cannot be made by ..."; this translates to "Payouts can only be made by BACS".

Patience pays! At purchase £35 cashback for a dual fuel switch was way ahead of other comparison sites or going direct. It has taken over 9 months to become payable though. I didn't have to chase or do anything, just be very patient :)
