Tracked and paid quickly, great service
Tracked quickly and paid out. Had an issue with order being stuck in warehouse but customer service was excellent, they got it moving that day and it safely arrived for my son's DofE Gold the day before. Phew!

Terrible service
Terrible service, ordered over £200 of goods via Top Cashback, some of the order turned up, most didn't. Chased over 2 months, no reply to emails, no goods and now refusing to refund unless close any complaints/ reviews I have open.

The amount of transaction was 2/3 of my order & the rebate is only 1/5 of the percentage published. All-in-all, not worth ordering from Ultimate Outdoors. Raised a ticket & Topcashback came back saying credit the wrong entry for me, May take 1-3 months to resolve with merchant. Unbelievable. I'd rather not get the cashback & order from Amazon.
