Would leave zero stars if I could!
No point ordering direct and getting cash back if your order is missing three of the four items you ordered!
Customer service team are non existent ~ keep saying someone will get back to me- no one does. Phone number on site isn’t recognised and now they are saying on the website they have closed the lines until January.
No-one who will discuss my missing items and I don’t know if they are coming or whether I’ll get a refund.
Absolutely useless- avoid at all costs!!! Having to rush around and get replacement gifts now and am also £80 out on of pocket!!
