Thieves
My daughter sent an Apple Watch and iPhone 13 to trade in with this company. This is where things went downhill. The next thing we got was an email asking her to confirm her bank details yet they had not sent us an email either confirming or reviewing the offer they had initially given us online. We queried this to seek further clarification. We realised that they had offered way below what they had offered initially for this reason we requested for the return of both the phone and the Apple Watch. UR sent back only the watch. We sent a total of 3 emails pleading with them to return the phone. What they have done now is not to even bother replying any of the emails we have sent.
I am in the process of researching who I can escalate this with as clearly they have stolen this phone.

Every time they make a low offer
Third time I've attempted to use these, should have learnt my lesson.
They make an offer and when receiving your device they will claim it's faulty/scratched and reduce their offer to something derisory in the hope you miss their email (they then keep device by default) or just go ahead and accept.
There was nothing wrong with the device I sent and it matched every criteria in their "good" requirements. The offer they subsequently made was less than if i would have selected "poor". I.e. faulty.
Please don't be duped also, sell your devices elsewhere.
