Initially this merchant doesn't track, i've ordered three times so far from Urban Industry and each time i've had to lodge a claim via the customer care tab! After lodging the claims and waiting a few weeks I was eventually paid the missing cashback. All in all though, Urban Industry are a great site to use, their delivery times are good and packaging is top notch. They use Royal Mail for delivery, which is great if you are not at home when the package is delivered as they will leave the 'red card' so you can go to your local sorting office to pick it up.

Cashback aside, general service is fine, prices cheaper than competitors, ship quickly, refund quickly, etc... As for cashback, service is completely the opposite so far. 1st order was for an item that was on sale but cashback is long overdue - fact item was on sale is a possible reason, but no codes were used so I don't think I have made myself ineligible. 2nd order for item on sale, promo code used from their own email newsletter, cashback is not due yet but not expecting it due to a) experience with 1st, b) reviews on this site and c) reviews on rival cashback site.

Over twelve months since order and no cashback received. This is the second time this has happened with Urban Industry. Very disappointing, they have been the worst merchant in my experience on Top Cashback

Purchases from this retailer almost never track and almost never come through once you have claimed them. Great clothes but they shouldn't offer cashback because they clearly never actually payout

Terrible service - spent over £100, cashback did not track and retailer ignored requests when chased up. No cashback recieved and no response to cashback claim several months later - will never purchase from this retailer again.

Cashback has been stuck at "confirmed" for ages - supposed to be payable on 5 June, so it is more than 3 months and still counting, sigh.
