Cashback terms and exclusions

Exclusions
  • Cashback cannot be paid if the insurance premium payments are not kept up to date.
  • Cashback cannot be paid if you do not complete your purchase immediately after clicking the TopCashback link.
  • Cashback cannot be paid if your policy is cancelled or voided by you or the merchant, for any reason, before the end of the validation period of 90 days.
  • Cashback cannot be paid if you use a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • Cashback cannot be paid if you retrieve a saved quote generated from another site (such as a price comparison website). It must be the latest quote generated from the TopCashback link.
  • This promotion can only be used when making an initial purchase.
  • Cashback cannot be paid if you are using ad blockers or cookie blockers, as this will prevent the sale from being tracked and may mean you are not eligible for cashback to be paid out.
  • Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
Terms

  • This promotion is available only on the merchant’s standard annual multi trip travel insurance and single trip travel insurance products.
  • The promotion is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
  • Cashback will only be paid if the insurance premium is paid in full or, for customers paying monthly, if payments are kept up to date.
  • Cashback will only pay out on valid sales which are completed by clicking on the link on the TopCashback site and then purchasing a policy in the same session without exiting your internet browser.
  • The merchant reserves the right to decline any application for any insurance policy at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. In these cases the customer will not be eligible to receive the offer.
  • The merchant reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at any time, for any reason, without explanation. The merchant also reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any decision made by the merchant in connection with the promotion will be final.

  • Any fraudulent activity or abuse relating to the receipt and use of the offer may result in the forfeiture of the cashback and termination of the insurance policy.
