	Useless... doesn't track and claim hold period keeps changing doesn't track and after submitting claim the hold period keeps changing... originally said couldn't be submitted to them till september, then that changed to november, now again has changed to december... don't know if this is uswitch or starting to think its topcashback themselves

	Cashback confirmed but not payable after 7 months Super slow payment .... customer services say it's Uswitch and not them. May never get paid :(

	6 Months later still waiting for payment Got Virgin broadband deal on 6th December 2023 had to put in a claim as not tracked then confirmed tracking on 4th June and still no payment.

	good deal, poor service Good deal prompted me to use. However, cashback payment took a long long time and was only paid following referral to TCB and them chasing.

	Don't bother Feels like it has been engineered to stop cashback as once postcode is entered and the next step is to confirm address, it doesn't matter what address is picked the same error message comes up..'oops that didn't go to plan, please trg again', limiting option just to click..'can't see address', which then provided a telephone number to complete your order.

	Not tracked or paid Didn't track. Submitted a missing payment claim. Nothing's come back. Twice now this has happened with uSwitch, never had a problem with any others.

	Decline Missing Cashback for No Reason Declined cashback stating their network agency couldn't trace the order. Liars, they can see from the account what the order was. Do they think we're stupid? FOS complaint incoming to uswitch who unlikely won't uphold but hope the £750 FOS investigation fee was worth declining my small amount of cashback.

	Joined broadband plan through Uswitch and cash back does come back! Though it takes some time~! Maybe I have to use it long enough to get it, but Uswitch does remember me. I am happy with them. Thanks
