24 weeks for cashback
I took out a home insurance via Uswitch in April 2023. It took 20 weeks for the cashback to become confirm then another 4 weeks for it become payable.I do not know why Topcashback keep claiming estimate time is 12 weeks when in fact it is double that.

Took double the average time to get my cash back
I took out a home insurance policy using U Switch on 1st of January 2023. The average time TopCashback stated on its website that it would take to reach payable was 12 weeks. After this time had elapsed I contacted TopCashback to chase the cash back, only to be told that it was dependent on the retailer to decide when they would pay. I chased them again on numerous occasions to no good effect until, finally, this week after more than 23 weeks had elapsed since I first took out the policy, the cash back finally reach payable. Hopeless. Will never use U switch ever again as this is an unacceptable length of time to wait. Two to three months is fair but almost six months is a joke. If I had waited much longer they probably would have been asking me to renew the policy.

I have waited 6 months for my cashback to show
If I hadn`t realised then I wouldn`t have got anything . I had to query it with Customer Service 6 months later

3.5 months later and still nothing
My cashback remains pending after nearly 4 months. No retailer has taken this long for any other cashback I've received. I've reached out to customer service who have said I just need to keep waiting for the company to verify I purchased insurance through it. I won't be using them again.
