Didn't track, took two years to answer claim which was then refused. TCB didn't let it go which is great, but Uswitch have to be the worst company i've dealt with through TCB.

Only used USwitch because of the promised cashback. Switched my Gas and Electric through USwitch, but NO cashback received. I would not use them again. There are plenty of other comparison sites or cut out the middle man and go straight to OVOenergy.com

Had to do a manual claim for this one, should of been £22.22 but was offered £22 which I accepted and to my surprise it then went in straight to payable which is what should happen when you've had to wait for something to appear on the account. Top marks to TCB for getting the money.

You could be in for a wait.... Recently switched to British Gas through uSwitch and the cashback didn't track despite the fact I ALWAYS clear my browser data before I click through. Now processing a claim and have been told I could be in for a 2-3 month wait. Not good.
