please, do not use this company as if everything goes ok with your order then you are fine, however, if there is a problem you will be greeted with very rude staff who do not give a s%$t because they have had your money. I ordered flowers from them and due to a website error the flowers were delivered to my home address, they rudely said there was nothing that could be done i would just have to reorder, this kind of business behaviour will lead to their demise. DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT. after about a year of claims and submissions they refused payout to me, and it appears it's happened to other people too, they are a disgrace!

Rubbish no cashback recieved after TCB did their best. Despite clicking right through, on a clean browser, this company came back with a load of tosh about another offer/voucher used. The only offer was one on their site. worthless will use alternative company who do deliver cashback. TCB should remove this company for not fulfilling offer.

Not tracked, manual claim, still waiting after 5 weeks for retailer to respond to TCB. Shame as they will lose custom getting bad/negative feedback. Will go back to using Bunches with posy points discount and fast tracking cash back and decent flowers a reliable company.

Can't complain at all - I ordered a bouquet for my neighbours' diamond wedding anniversary only two days before the day - it arrived on time via Royal Mail and my neighbours said it was lovely - bright and cheerful and lit up the room! I shall certainly use them again.

The flowers were lovely, arrived quickly and were reported to be good in quality. This was slow to track for cashback though and I needed to chase them to get the reward.

I have used this company before. The flowers are always top quality and delivery has been on the day specified. Cash back was tracked and approved within a few days.

Terrible - says it all really. Despite the staff at Topcashback trying hard to resolve my ongoing claim the company say another cashbacksite, discount code or some other thing means they do not have to pay me. I had never even heard of them before I found them on topcashback site. I know it sounds like sour grapes but the flowers weren't very good either. Don't use them - unless you want to pay the full amount and waste your time trying to get offered cashback.

Valueflora did not supply my pre-paid order for flowers for my wife. I gave them 10 days notice for this order. Apparently they should have emailed me to advise that the flowers as advertised on their site could not be supplied but this was not done. Therefore my wife did not receive flowers on our anniversary.

I won't use them again. 3 May purchase and I had never been on their site before. Small amount of £2.xx but no cashback paid and now 30 August 2010. Cannot take 17 weeks to check an order has been paid and was connected through Topcashback site.

Ordered and paid for flowers on 3 May 2010. Did not track, still not showing and despite early listing of query supplier has still not agreed. Small amount £2.34 but I feel very unhappy at the delay on what must be an easy thing to check. I ordered the flowers through the Topcashback link having never visited their site or heard of them. I'll post again when matter is resolved.

Ordered 3/5/2010 but not yet tracked. I have submitted a claim. I always test to make sure the link is working before ordering and it was so I do not understand why this has not tracked automaticaly. Flowers to be delivered Friday. I will update with the claim and the product idc.

This company ignored my claim for cashback which was properly tracked and properly due even after several months of reminders and efforts. No explanation was ever forthcoming either. I shall not be using them again and hope you will not do so either.

Really awful. Ordered £30 flowers. Ordered two weeks before I wanted them. They did not send them till the day they were due to be delivered and then they took a week to be delivered. E-mailed to ask why sent day they were due and where they were and told me they would get there when they get there and delivery was nothing to do with them when passed to Royal Mail. When they finally arrived were half dead and lasted only a few days. Pointed this out to the company and they were not interested. Really poor customer service. Bad product. Would use Bunches instead.

Cashback tracked quickly but not yet paid. We purchased two identical bunches for relatives who live a distance away. However we were disappointed with the comments from both of the relations as to the flower arrangements. Contacted the company to be told the particular variey had a tendency to droop, a little disappointed as you rely on the florist to provide flowers that will last particularly when purchasing for delivery by post and you do not have the opportunity to see them.
