	Don’t waste your time waiting for cashback from this retailer. I received the item a week late, but at least the cachback was tracked the very next day, but when it was time to pay they changed my cashback amount to zero. I am now chasing them and my £20 cashback through the claims link and nudging it every two weeks - remember you have been warned

	Shame they have let themselves down by sending incorrect goods. ie - kingsize bed sheet packed in a superking bedsheet package- I was awaiting the duvet cover which did finally turn up ( the correct size ) but i threw them both in the wash and when i went to put them on the bed obviously the sheet didnt fit (too small) they dont want anything to do with it, even though on my invoice and on the package it all read superking, but inside was kingsize I am paying off my account and sticking to the freemans/next instead. Oh buy the way the incorrect deliver cost me 3.95 aswell- crap all round service for someone who has just spent in the last 10months about 1000 pund

	Very is a super firm, giving lots of offers and bargains. I like it very much and have bought several items from them since it took over other firms recently. It has very much improved the quality of service, delivery and variety of goods for purchase. Many of these are at discounted prices and special offers. The variety of goods is amazing, as is the speed of delivery. It is really easy to deal with and the staff are always helpful. Very should really go places in the future.

	This company keeps offering discounts but when I try to use them online the code comes up as invalid which means I have to phone the order in and lose my cashback. When I mention the cashback to customer services they respond by saying "It's got nothing to do with me and you are not going to get it as it's not my problem". They are about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard. I suggest we treat Very the same way as they treat us and tell them to shove their products up their backsite.

	Very delivers fast and their products are great - just as described on the website. I bought a dress, shoes and tights and the fit was excellent and quality very good. The jeans came up too small so they are going back but jeans are notoriously hard to fit on me.
