few problems over the past few months with Viking. Place an order and it doesn't arrive. Customer service cancel original order and place a new one, of course meaning the transaction doesn't track via TCB. This has happened 3 or 4 times.

cashback is often declined, usually 2-5 days for a delivery these days. Blames weather but it's blue skies all around me.
