Very erratic - sometimes pays out quickly but usually takes ages but does come. Have had to chase up another two though which haven't appeared

I’ve had this a few times now and it’s nearly a year and still no cash back on 4 different claims contacted customer services and told it can months this is from jan 2017 and now in jan 2018

Booked January 2017, stayed August 2017 and had a good experience at the hotel. Big let down with cashback however as I still haven't received it!!! Oh well, it's only exactly 12 months since I paid so early days yet. This is my response to a feedback request otherwise I wouldn't have publicly commented.

I have stayed in a Village hotel for 9 weeks between March and April this year and despite it being longer than stated, I have not received cash back for any of my stays yet. Hoping the other reviews are accurate and better late than never, but it's a poor service when your choice of hotel is swayed by the cash back option.
