Orders have got a lot slower recently!
Have always previously had no problems with my orders from Viovet, although recently they have taken a lot longer to arrive.
Also, their communication is not great as they do let make you aware if they are holding your order because one item is not yet in stock.

Order not delivered
Despite the promise of rapid delivery for my dog food order it never arrived.
Tried to contact via phone on multiple occasions and the closest I got to someone answering was No. 27 in the queue!!
E mailed, to be told a reply would follow in about a week!!
Meanwhile we rapidly ran out of dog food.
Customer service for this company is at best abysmal, low cost products obviously come with low cost service, not recommended.

The cashback amount was great and I understood the time I had to wait for the cashback to change from pending to confirmed, but the wait from confirmed to payable made the wait for the cashback extremely long.

Order a urgent product for a sick cat paid for next day delivery which i did not get found that they wrote on my order dispatched and delivered yet the courier tracking said they didnt even dispatch it till next day dont answer emails then i found this on one review siteWarning! We have noticed that VioVet is cherry picking happy customers to leave reviews this may skew the overall rating.
