	Never tracks purchases I would give Zero if I could. Every time I place an order, whether it's from my phone, desktop browser etc. it never tracks my purchase. I have been advised by Topcashback to clear my cache, which I have done and it's made no difference. Judging by the other reviews, mine is not an isolated incident.

	Not worth purchasing via TCB I purchased an experience full price via TCB expecting to get cashback. The merchant declined my cashback - as I paid via gift card. Nowhere on TCB T&Cs or anywhere does it state cashback will not be eligible if paying by gift card. After mindless emails where honestly TCB are not concerned, I have not got anywhere. In the future I will search for codes to reduce the value of my purchase rather than making my purchase through TCB as its really not worth it. An unfortunately incident especially when I spend £480 expecting about £73 in cashback - I should have used one of the 20% off codes that are floating on the internet rather than using Top Cash Back

	Rejected Bought a afternoon tea from their website , claim got rejected without any concrete reason. So, dont bother !! .... apparently it was excluded from the purchase - according to their T & C

	Claim got rejected Raised couple of claims against my purchases with Virgin experience days. Got declined saying "I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction" and "We have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf" . Looks like this merchant doens't want to pay the cashback.

	Avoid, complete scam. Complete scam with no intention to payout. Cashback doesn't track on your Earnings, despite showing up when you raise a Topcashback Claim. Virgin will respond months later claiming the transaction wasn't done via TCB. Waste of time. Avoid.

	They almost always knock me back on cashback I used an approved discount code so should have gotten 3% back. Annoying. Not the first time, either. Would have gone with a different merchant, if I could have.

	Did not approve cashback even though they dont dispute i made the purchase or that i clicked through from the link they wont pay the cashback! terrible as I would never havve bought the voucher without the cashback.

	Barely any experiences are eligible Always read the small print, almost 500 experiences are excluded from cash back. It’s very hard to check if your experience is covered!

	Some experiences are excluded from cashback I use virgin quite a lot, and some of their experiences are excluded from cashback. Topcashback tries to give a link to the long list of excluded experiences, but it doesn't work. If you buy an excluded one it tracks at £0.

	Don't waist your time - Shame I can't not give 0 starts Purchased as directed and been told I did not meet their terms so refused! I will not be purchasing from virgin experiences again. Topcash back has been ok up until this point such a shame to have a companies who lie on your books.

	Declined.... Purchased an experience...and on going through checkout I used a £ discount code...When the CB came back at "0" I realised you cant use a discount code...cant expect both discount and TCB I suppose...luckily the code was worth more...I will be cautious in the future at using VE for cash back as the reviews are not good...

	No cashback given Bought an experience day, all experiences listed as having 16% cashback on day of purchase. However, when cashback tracked it was listed as £0.00 cashback. Virgin experiences advertises a very misleading cash back rate, which is disappointing. Experience was paid for in full and the experience registered and booked per instructions on the website.

	No Payout Given I am not one to write reviews, but my purchase cashback was denied due to 'not being the last referral'. I know for a fact it was, as I always ensure to close all browsers when using Topcashback to ensure i do it correctly, and there's no scope for error. Looking at the amount of people also being denied cashback also, It is seemingly a trend, so thought it good to also leave a negative feedback for Virgin, and will most likely now not purchase from these again.

	Your claim has been declined I know cashback is not 100% guaranteed, but it seems, like others have experienced recently, Virgin Experience is declining many more claims. Use if you must but don't expect a payout!
