Cookie to merchant tracked but purchase didn't. Raised a missing claim and the form requires an order no. starting WS & 7 digits, which I was told by Virgin would be on the correspondence. It wasn't and several calls to customer services (Cut off a lot) eventually provided the reference but I had 8 digits. So no cashback as now past a 6 month deadline and other issues mean I'm now heading to the ombudsman

While this is good, depending on what you’re taking it might be worth looking at MoneySavingExpert’s current deal. In particular the monthly cost seems to be lower. I took the M100 deal or whatever its called and the overall cost over 18 months was lower using MSE.

terrible supplier, they declined my cashback. They simply do not want to give you any money off either. Its a shame my local exchange can only handle 0.7mp upload.. for the last 5+ years VM have monopolised the area and basically do what they want. i would say if you get at least 50MB from other suppliers, go for them.

cashback is always declined even though I was extra careful to make sure I followed it all through properly and set up the debits. Service is also not as fast as what we are paying for, but that's not just virgin, that seems to be universal.

Cashback not tracked and rejected by Virgin. Cookies had been cleared and open browser windows closed before making purchase so hard to understand reason for refusal to pay. Hugely disappointed.
