Still waiting. Policy purchased September 2016, not tracked, claim put on ice until March 2017 and still could be another 4 months! Will choose another company for my annual travel insurance this year. Virgin had good ratings too but never again.

My cash back was declined? I feel they got my custom under false pretences. Unless they over rule this. I will write to Virgin to complain and then never buy off them again!

Why would a global brand like virgin stiif customers for £4?? Like others on here took annual policy which tracked at £4 as per short policy but promised increase to £8 for annual policy never materialised. Now after 2 years of nudges tcb say virgin have declined the additional payment due and no explanation is given. Steer clear if this is their idea of customer service. Insurance? Phone? TV? Flights?Think not'........ Well done virgin marketing dept!!

I have now been waiting a year and one month for this cash back. Top Cashback continually tell me that they are chasing it up but at times they seem to go backwards. Doubt I'll use Virgin Travel again.

Do not buy this insurance, very poor quality. Had always associated the Virgin brand with quality & value but this insurance is poor. A bag containing my passport & small amount of money was stolen from the locked boot of our vehicle in Florida & they wouldn't pay out. When you read the policy there are so many exclusions it makes you wonder what they will pay out for. Avoid

Bought a travel insurance policy in August 2012 and still waiting for the cash back. Do not expect this from a company like Virgin will get my travel insurance elsewhere next time.

I bought from Virgin Money thinking it was a reputable organisation and because of the cashback offered! I won't make that mistake again. 11 months since my purchase and still not sign of it!

Cashback has tracked after an enquiry ticket, 5 months after the sale. Hoping it pays out but with so many comments about this sort of thing think TCB should investigate!

Very disappointed, I have my order number and date purchased but the retailer is refusing my cashback saying the transation cannot be traced. I think I have been conned into purchasing this product.

It took many long months and a lot of hassle before I was credited with only £4, half of what I supposed to get for an annual policy. Due to my very bad experience with Virgin I decided not to take their offer for a TV & broadband service. Do not trust them.

Very poor experience. Purchased annual policy in August 2011 and still no cashback credit to my account some 8 months later despite submitting a claim. This has put me off Virgin as a brand, not that I have ever been a great fan, and I shall not be renewing my travel insurance with them.

Purchased 2 policies which tracked then cashback reverted to zero. TCB have chased but no response. Wouldn't use again - would try another provider who provided cashback if the premium was the the sale, even if CB was lower

Took out travel insurance June 2011. Tracked ok but never went confirmed. Has now gone to Payable at £0. As its over 100 days ago, I've had to submit a general enquiry. Not expecting any results. Only choose if the price is right, as you won't get the cashback !

Cashback tracked but did not progress. After approx 6 months the merchant declined the perfectly valid transaction but as it was over 100 days I was not able to submit a cashback claim. As a result I do not trust this merchant or its administrative processes - which is rather worrying as I have travel insurance with them.

It's been over 6 months since ordering and still not paid out. Ordered two policies and tracked at over £8, estimated payout was September. It's now December and cashback has changed to £4 and confirmed. But, still not paid. Would not bother again on my next holiday.
