Waiting 8 months, now declined
I changed my life insurance to vitality mainly because of this cashback offer. I’ve been chasing it for 8 months and now it has been declined. Topcashback have been useless in helping, telling me it should take 3 months. So now I’m £550 out of pocket. I was otherwise happy with the service from vitality. Extremely disappointing.
