I made order with one of most expensive tariffs and iPhone. They played with my order, their backoffice delayed it, recreated it and then declined cashback. Don't expect cashback from Vodafone.

Had to ensure that a claim was made within 30 days if it didn't track. I had to do this and the instructions didn't make this very clear. However, when I lodged a ticket, it eventually tracked and became payable.

Description is wrong- fibre broadband service, worked out at £11.92 a month for 2 years. How good is that! Service identical to BT and talk talk, using Openreach's phone lines. No complaints after 3 months. Good service.

Very generous cashback but took about 5 months and several prompts to get it when it initially says 90 days so you do have to be patient and possibly chase it.
