Many TopCashback members have left positive feedback for Vodafone having purchased from them through us. One customer says they would highly recommend them for great cashback deals, while another describes the network as being great, saying the “customer service has been faultless for me”. Our members also describe how they have had no issues with Vodafone, are very happy with them or had no trouble transferring their number from O2, while one calls them a “great phone company”.

Customers also appear to be pleased with both the amount of cashback they have earned and how quickly it has been paid, with comments including “would recommend as the cashback deal I got was effectively worth two months of line rental” and “this has been the fastest cashback I’ve ever received. From the date of order to withdrawing the funds, it took less than three weeks”. Another review points out that the author’s £101 cashback reached payable status before they had paid their first monthly bill.

Although being rated as one star on Trustpilot, there are four and five-star reviews which commend them on everything from their customer service to their coverage and signal. Positive feedback highlights the fact Vodafone resolved issues one customer had, while another reviewer states they have two lines with them and have never had any problems.

Other reviews talk about the fact that their 4G and 3G has been strong and fast, no matter where the customer has been, while one reviewer says they have “been with Vodafone for over 20 years and always found their service to be great”.

I went for a SIM-only contract. I got turned down the first time (a few weeks ago) as I failed the credit check, which turned out to be because someone in the credit check department was too lazy to check my address properly, and the credit check people have a policy of not speaking directly to customers (so I was told by their customer service people). I tried again recently, and passed the credit check, only to be told that SIMs are out of stock! The SIM turned up a few days later. Now that it is up and running, the number porting went well, and the phone works. Now I have to keep an eye on cashback as it tracked at £15 instead of £70. I have also been trying to get Voda customer services to sort out another query, but I keep getting non-sensical responses from an overseas contact centre. I expected a lot more from Vodafone and am shocked that the basics are so poor. Feels like a retrograde step from Orange, but the phone is at least working and it is cheaper, and I might even get some cashback in due course.

Over a year with 11 nudges and no sign of cashback. Don't factor in the cashback as you are likely to be disappointed.

WE WENT FOR SIM CARD ONLY DEAL,, IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE £10PM OUR FIRST BILL WAS £10 +. WE RECIEVE MANY WRONG NUMBER CALLS AND GET LOTS OF TEXT MESSAGES. THE ODD THING BEING,,,,, WE HAVE GIVEN NOBODY THIS NUMBER!!!!!!!

I ordered a sim only plan with Vodaphone as it was a really good deal. A couple of days after placing the order, I received an email from them telling me that the sim cards were out of stock and it would take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Not good enough!

Not very happy with the tracking of the cashback - had to report it as missing and then took 3 months for a response. Happy with the actual purchase and quick delivery from vodafone.

Out of 4 orders placed with Vodafone, only one tracked, and even that took two months. Very unreliable especially if going for a long contract.

AVOID! Based on other reviews here, and my own experience, I wouldn't expect anything back from Vodafone. I'd treat it as an unexpected bonus if you do. Despite getting a deal via TopCashBack - which was exclusively for TopCashBack users, Vodafone won't cough up. They claim 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale', which is surprising since I don't use any other cashback sites - and that the fact I'm on this 'exclusive' tariff/deal means I used their referral on here! Thanks TopCashBack for trying, but shame I let the cashback offer sway which with company I went for my phone! Don't think I have any more options left to explore. Granted, they won't worry about paying out once the claims have been declined, but £140 was a helluva bargaining tool to sign up!

Disapointed! I like to tru and shop UK but Vodafone is a sham, tracked at £15 as per their terms for 110 days, then to zero, claim over 100 days old so nothing could be done, meanwhile i have to continue paying my Vodafone contract for the remainder. Very annoying. Vodafone are no help.

I decided to get a contract phone as when the cash back was paid it would have made a very good deal. I read all the information regarding time taken to pay out and then decided to go ahead with makeing a purchase. i waited untill my 3 months where up and no cashback was showing in my account, i decided to make a claim through top cashback to then be told it was outwith the time limmit for submitting a such a claim , This is so annoying as i now have a phone contract for the rest of the year which is at best a poor signal and regularly out of service, i now wish that i had stayed with my old service provider on payg I would recomend thinking long and hard before takeing the plunge and be very wary of large cashback offers.

Cashback only came up as £15 at first, should have been £55. Took months to sort that. Now am waiting months on for payout even though pay date was 2 months ago. Shant bother with them again, should be removed from site. Thought it was a good deal, but its just a con to tie you up in a contract.

I too had problems in payment of cashback it took nearly 9 months in the end. As TC could'nt help me I eventually emailed Guy Lawrence Chief Executive of Vodafone and complained. Hey presto it was dealt with efficiently and monies paid. Good luck

6 months down the line and nothing, they completely messed up the order, had to go through 2 separate security checks as the first one wasn't logged, asked for del to store, came in with no contract attached, no instructions or paperwork as to what to do next. I had previously been with vodafone for 12 years as a contract cust, if this cashback does not come through I will never use them again.

Complete waste of time. Cashback registered ok, but Vodafone declined the application due to some problem matching my address and card. They were willing to take the order by phone, but it would have lost the cashback. The credit department have a policy of not contacting the customer to sort out such queries. Have just spent half hour on phone to Voda being passed from piller to post. Never again.

Very disappointed with Vodafone over their cashback service. I took advantage of a special TopCashBack offer (so designed specifically for TopCashBack users), £140 cashback for a contracted iphone. Nothing has tracked at all. I submitted a claim after waiting some time and I am still awaiting for coming upto 14 weeks now. Disappointed Vodafone have yet to even respond regarding the amount outstanding (the fact I received the phone under this special offer proves that I used it too!). I believe TopCashBack are trying with this one, so no problem with them! I can't speak for other users, but tread carefully if you're using a special offer on here for Vodafone.

brilliant cash back. my old phone contract was running out when i came accross this offer, and i was already looking at getting the iphone 4 on contract so to get £150 cash back on this deal was blinding. I must admit it did take 3-4 months to become payable, but vodafone did pay and the money will now be spent on my stag do yippi. would definatly recommend vodafone for cashback and tcb
