Many TopCashback members have left positive feedback for Vodafone having purchased from them through us. One customer says they would highly recommend them for great cashback deals, while another describes the network as being great, saying the “customer service has been faultless for me”. Our members also describe how they have had no issues with Vodafone, are very happy with them or had no trouble transferring their number from O2, while one calls them a “great phone company”.

Customers also appear to be pleased with both the amount of cashback they have earned and how quickly it has been paid, with comments including “would recommend as the cashback deal I got was effectively worth two months of line rental” and “this has been the fastest cashback I’ve ever received. From the date of order to withdrawing the funds, it took less than three weeks”. Another review points out that the author’s £101 cashback reached payable status before they had paid their first monthly bill.

Although being rated as one star on Trustpilot, there are four and five-star reviews which commend them on everything from their customer service to their coverage and signal. Positive feedback highlights the fact Vodafone resolved issues one customer had, while another reviewer states they have two lines with them and have never had any problems.

Other reviews talk about the fact that their 4G and 3G has been strong and fast, no matter where the customer has been, while one reviewer says they have “been with Vodafone for over 20 years and always found their service to be great”.

I have been waiting for nearly a year now for my £130 cashback from this merchant. Their customer service was atrocious throughout the order and they managed to completely mess up porting my number from another phone company. In short, I would never have chosen this merchant if I had realised that their customer service was so bad and their cashback wouldn't materialise.

I cannot believe it. I bought a 24 month contract with £131 cash back, given my previous not the best experience with topcashback, I made sure that I was logged in and clicked in the merchant's web-site from the topcashback web-site before buying the contract. Without this cash back I would never actually have bought the contact. So now I've been told that Topcashback doesn't have any details of me even being on the web-site the day of the purchase, let alone clicking on the merchant's web-site link. I cannot believe how easily they fool people and promise a lot and give back NOTHING!

very bad. be careful. i placed 2 independent orders within 15 min of each other. although Tcashback could see 2 separate transactions Vodafone only paid for 1! so i lost 120 pounds! Still no luck arguing the case

Vodafone customer service is an utter joke ! Completely incompetent staff who just pass the buck and pass the call onto someone else that has even less idea whats going on and they end up passing you back to the first incoming phone line. When you do get through to someone that should be able to help they are giving incorrect information. I thought Vodafone were supposed to be the best?!?! How wrong was i !!

Based on my experiences, I would STRONGLY advise AGAINST purchasing from vodafone. I found their customer service extremely poor. I experienced customer service agents putting me on hold only to push me to either another agent to deal with or worse still routed me to a completely different phone queue thus forcing me to redial again and wait in the queue again. My story is as follows: Tried to purchase iphone with 131 cashback. Vodafone invalidated the order claiming credit card was a non-UK credit card. My credit card is definitely a UK credit card. They suggested I make a second order. Vodafone invalidated second order claiming the first order's 'connection' was still valid. After customer service agent 'fixed' my order, a couple of days later I received an email stating that my credit card is a non uk credit card. This email had no order reference attached to it, seemed like just a random email from vodafone. Funny as I didn't receive this email for my first attempt order. I also used a different credit card which is a UK credit card. By this point I'm very annoyed; finally speak to someone who said they would deduct the cashback from my monthly payments. Only thing is that I had to make a third order. This third order failed the 'real' credit check but having checked my credit report I have no problem with my credit. So based on my experience above, be VERY VERY suspicious of large cashback offers from vodafone, none of my orders were successful. The first two orders were invalidated by vodafone, and my third order resulted in a failed credit check. (I've never been refused credit in my life and having checked my credit report I'm sure there is nothing on there which would fail a credit check). After all the above, I'm quite glad I was unsuccessful in buying iphone from vodafone. I will always avoid vodafone from now on (cashback or no cashback).

Took forever to pay out! Had to put claims in, it tracked at £15.50 where when i purchased I was supposed to get over £70! I put in an enquiry with topcashback, after an awful long time waiting, it tracked and confirmed at £50. Decided that was better than nothing so didnt take any further.

I am a new customer to vodafone and overall have been very happy with the service I have received. there were a few glitches with the plan/ package I ordered but these were sorted as soon as I phoned customer service. I cannot comment on the Cashback as I haven`t received any yet but it is showing and presumably there is a qualifying period to wait first. My Dad had no problems receiving his so I am hopeful. I am delighted with my phone and will be re ordering one for my husband as soon as I am able to

Live in quite a rural area and have had real problems getting a signal with various providers - Vodaphone is definitely the best - no more hanging out of the window or having to go outside when it's freezing! At one stage I didn't even get a signal in my village and had to go out just in order to get messages! The vodaphone site was very easy to use and the cashbook was excellent and will come in very handy at the moment. No complaints whatsoever!
