Many TopCashback members have left positive feedback for Vodafone having purchased from them through us. One customer says they would highly recommend them for great cashback deals, while another describes the network as being great, saying the “customer service has been faultless for me”. Our members also describe how they have had no issues with Vodafone, are very happy with them or had no trouble transferring their number from O2, while one calls them a “great phone company”.

Customers also appear to be pleased with both the amount of cashback they have earned and how quickly it has been paid, with comments including “would recommend as the cashback deal I got was effectively worth two months of line rental” and “this has been the fastest cashback I’ve ever received. From the date of order to withdrawing the funds, it took less than three weeks”. Another review points out that the author’s £101 cashback reached payable status before they had paid their first monthly bill.

Although being rated as one star on Trustpilot, there are four and five-star reviews which commend them on everything from their customer service to their coverage and signal. Positive feedback highlights the fact Vodafone resolved issues one customer had, while another reviewer states they have two lines with them and have never had any problems.

Other reviews talk about the fact that their 4G and 3G has been strong and fast, no matter where the customer has been, while one reviewer says they have “been with Vodafone for over 20 years and always found their service to be great”.

Update! My cashback now payable in full. Didnt track, after week or so TCB chased it, couple of weeks later it tracked, full amount, quickly became confirmed and today payable. Im very happy with how TCB chased and dealt with it, and have always been very happy with Vodafone service, customer care and network. Don't give up hope if it doesnt track, mine didnt, but was dealt with very well. Overall Im very pleased and will use again.

This is a scam - i have never recieved my iphone and vodafone won't help! Cant re place my order as the cash back offer expired. Iphone for free and £130 cash back is a lie! Trading standards will be hearing from me!

Had a bit of trouble bringing my previous number over to Vodafone but was resolved quickly and I found Customer Services very helpful. Tracked quickly at the lower £15 but has uplifted to £75 and confirmed within a month which I think is good.

Buyer beware of any transactions over £100 with Top Cashback. This is the 2nd one I've had that's "failed to track" now. The first finaly went through. This one has been rejected after 4 months of being fobbed off. Do not swallow excuses about "clearing your cookies", "third party intermediaries" etc. £122 has been offered and then hasn't materialised. I'm paying for the phone contract and someone has pocketed the commission. Vodafone Customer services won't help you and insist they have no dealings with TCB. TCB claim this is down to the third party intermediary but the result is the same, no money!

would just like to point out that I ALWAYS leave positive feedback when ive had a good experience! I make a point of doing so. Ref to recent comment by another reviewer, I reported that mine didnt track for weeks but also updated comment that it has now tracked and confirmed and payable next month. My experience of Vodafone as a company always been good and Im quite happy to wait for it to be paid out, my only concern was it didnt track at all, but TCB did great job in sorting it out with Vodafone. Would be nice if there werent reviewers calling others 'moaners' etc for letting others know that they have had issues, just as it is good to see positives so we get a balanced overview.

There was a "glitch" when i clocked through to vodafone which i wasn't told about for a while and the money took 4 months to go into my account which does seem a long time.

*****AWESOME***** Most people only comment when they have a problem. So I'm being different. Everybodies negative feedback made me doubt this cashback and has actually lost me cashback as I signed up friends and got different guarenteed discount direct insead of cashback through here. Anyway sale 8th Feb 2011, track almost immediately at 15.00 then upgraded bt further 86.00 totalling 101.00 cashback. Took about six weeks to confirm and payable just 10 days later. Received the money in my TopCashBack account today. *************** I recommend this cashback and has worked promptly for me *************** Please other people reading this comment, please add your own positive feedback asap. Took the mobile contract end of Feb2011. But the cashback is not tracked yet and I am following up on the same. The Vodafone online order caused several issues later on. When I called Vodafone customer care to ask about my price plan details, they couldnt even locate my account for over 2 weeks, even after I received the mobile with a SIM and started using it. Then, when I tried to transfer my old number onto this business contract phone, they said its not possible to transfer the number from personal to business account, even after I signed all required Transfer of Ownership documents. This issue is still going on with Vodafone not being able to resolve it.

Like so many,many others on here, I purchased a contract phone on 27th Feb along with other purchases from other sites yet ONLY vodafone failed to track, STILL WAITING for my £90.90 to be tracked after raising query. Worst experience of cashback tracking so far. Shame I didn't read comments before I purchased eh? Vodafone however made my switch from 3 very smooth when I kept my number and the signal is now much better too.

Still waiting for it to track after buying an iPhone at start of March. Have sent an enquiry to TopCashback. Now they're offering a better deal - but only if it tracks eh?!

After 3 months haven't got any cashback. Vodafone offered £60 off the deal for direct buy, but instead I went through topcashback and got 0 back. This seems unreliable and would not recommend anybody to do it.

Update on mine. Purchased 24 month contract in Feb, nothing tracked, I asked TCB to chase it up for me. I gave gentle nudge a week ago and today the full amount has tracked, so thank you TCB for the chasing up for me. I know this isnt yet confirmed, so will keep an eye on it, but fingers crossed and appreciate TCB's work in sorting it out. My experience over years of use with Vodafone has always been very good and as we are thinking if getting another contract with them (so the whole family is then with them) really depends on how this cashback goes, so will watch and wait!.
