Many TopCashback members have left positive feedback for Vodafone having purchased from them through us. One customer says they would highly recommend them for great cashback deals, while another describes the network as being great, saying the “customer service has been faultless for me”. Our members also describe how they have had no issues with Vodafone, are very happy with them or had no trouble transferring their number from O2, while one calls them a “great phone company”.

Customers also appear to be pleased with both the amount of cashback they have earned and how quickly it has been paid, with comments including “would recommend as the cashback deal I got was effectively worth two months of line rental” and “this has been the fastest cashback I’ve ever received. From the date of order to withdrawing the funds, it took less than three weeks”. Another review points out that the author’s £101 cashback reached payable status before they had paid their first monthly bill.

Although being rated as one star on Trustpilot, there are four and five-star reviews which commend them on everything from their customer service to their coverage and signal. Positive feedback highlights the fact Vodafone resolved issues one customer had, while another reviewer states they have two lines with them and have never had any problems.

Other reviews talk about the fact that their 4G and 3G has been strong and fast, no matter where the customer has been, while one reviewer says they have “been with Vodafone for over 20 years and always found their service to be great”.

I am STILL waiting for my cashback - since a purchase in December! It tracked quickly, but then went to ZERO! I have been chasing through TCB ever since and have been asked to be patient - but how patient do you need to be - surely almost 6 months is enough ????

This retailer is not coming through with it's cashback offers. They say the offers initially track lower but will then uplift to full amount within 60 days. I've been waiting 90 days and still hasn't happened.

Got the 12 mth SIM only £20 deal with advertised cashback of £120 (Mar 09). Notes said it would initially track as £60 and it would uplift to £120 within 60 days. It hasn't! TCB are chasing it up, along with some others apparently, but nothing yet. I'll keep this post updated as news crops up. in the meantime i would not rely on Vodaphone coming through with promised deals.

Having been told I would recieve £90.00 cashback this has now become £60.00 with an extraordinary amount of emailing to try and get the missing payment reinstated.As yet I still have NO success. Very dissapointing

Vodafone 12 month SIM only - well this was confirmed but moved back to Pending about 2 weeks ago. Reckon down to Vodafone making a mess of the PAC codes with the web sign-up. Waiting to see, will post as it develops.

IMPORTANT: Avoid Vodafone Broadband like the plague! Terrible customer services, expensive help line number where you will be on hold for hours and then cut off. The software they provide when you install the broadband which is supposed to let you know how much you have used so you don't exceed your 3GB limit is innacurate. The first you will know about this is when you get overcharged and have to argue to get it refunded. Difficulties with their website make it impossible to set your account up and there is no easy way of monitoring your useage. The whole package is designed to rip off and overcharge the customer. This is a great shame as the speed of the service if you live in the right area is very good.
