Some other complimentary remarks you will find in submitted VOXI reviews include “VOXI’s coverage seems to be more consistent as I don’t experience grey areas when travelling on trains etc anymore”, “there is literally nothing wrong with this network, I’m so glad I decided to give the thumbs what they want. 	Cashback declined, merchant won't honour, TCB won't help. Out of all mobile network merchants, only Voxi have declined my cashback for no apparently reason even when having a log of everything that is related to the transaction. TCB does not want to get involved with additional support to dispute the claim. "We do hope that future transactions run smoother." How can it be any smoother when the steps I have taken were all correct, and the merchant just flat out refuse the cashback.

	VOXI are Scammers advertising cashback and refusing legitimate purchases I am a long term TCB member and followed all the t&C's for my purchase. Cashback tracked but was subsequently declined. A dispute was raised but this was also declined without providing specifics. This has happened to hundreds of others. Avoid this scam company.

	Avoid - declines cashback for no valid reason As per other reviews, had cashback declined in a Pixel 8 purchase despite following terms to the letter. Voxi should be removed from this site as they clearly have no intention of paying out.

	Cashback refused Decided to buy from voxi as they had increased cashback but looks like it wasn't great idea as cashback was refused. Just scamming people.

	A growing trend here - Voxi don't pay out Rather wish I'd read the reviews on here before I became the latest person to buy the Pixel 8, meet all the stated terms for cashback, and then have it declined. Claim lodged for missing cashback, but given the reviews below, I'm not optimistic. Suggest others do not repeat my mistake, and not take full warning from these reviews before ordering from Voxi.

	Dreadful Pixel 8 purchased; followed their terms and conditions and voila... cashback was declined. Don't bother with Voxi if you're relying on getting cashback.

	Declined although I met all Terms and Conditions Bought a Pixel 8 and paid for 2 months of plan before cancelling plan. This adheres with the full Terms and Conditions specified on TopCashback. Waited 2 months only to see that the £30 cashback for the phone purchase was declined. The plan purchase wasn't even tracked, but I was content if I got the £30 cashback for the phone. Ended up with nothing. Thanks Voxi, you don't even follow your own terms and conditions and you won't get a penny from me ever again!

	Half the advertised cashback after denial. Better than nothing Wouldn't buy from voxi with the expectation of receiving the advertised cashback on here. What I got was certainly better than nothing though so can't complain too much - but have had to wait months after initial claim being rejected

	Declined Declined after 10 weeks of waiting - no explanation as to why! A genuine purchase..no voucher codes - so no idea why! Its always the bigger values that get declined (£21).

	Another victim of no Pixel 8 cashback! Ordered a Pixel 8 on 12 March, initially tracked at £15 and I lodged a query. It later uplifted to £25 as it should have been for a handset purchase, but now 'declined'. They have form for stuff like this. They also denied me a friend referral months ago and I know for a fact my friend followed the link, as I was with them when they followed it and signed up. Think I'll be going elsewhere, as will my whole family as I pay their bills. Well done Voxi.

	Honest review I have used voxi two times and both times initially it got declined for no reason. However Topcashback got straight onto my appeal and both times it was approved. A few people I know have said the same thing. So be prepared to appeal.

	No cashback Bought a Pixel 8 and SIM via Top Cashback link. Cashback declined even after lodging a complaint. Be warned that VOXI do not pay out on the cashback promised.

	Tracked correctly but cashback declined and not paid out Bought a VOXI SIM plan and it tracked immediately with correct amount. However on checking this later on, I saw that the cashback has since been declined. Payment was taken on the day I purchased the plan and I have been paying monthly thereafter by direct debit. I do not know the reason why the cashback was declined. I have lodged a claim for the declined cash back and will wait and see what happens but I am a bit disappointed to say the least.

	Terrible I bought a phone and SIM from Voxi, it showed 25 pounds cashback for a couple of months, then at the last minute was declined. So dishonest.

	Cashback never paid and an OK network The purchase tracked originally and a few months later was declined. I raised a case and a new transaction was put on but that was also declined after a few months. I'm sure for many it will track well but for me it looks like the end of the line (there's a limit to how much time I'm willing to spend for £20). The actual service is OK, nothing more, nothing less. I've given up trying to use mobile data while travelling at any speed (iPhone 13) which is presumably a Vodafone issue rather than Voxi, but definitely not as reliable as EE in my experience.
