This service is also free for Waitrose & Partners Food Made to Order items, no matter how much you spend. If you change your mind about something or have forgotten an essential item, you can edit your grocery order up until 11.45am the day before your delivery or collection date. To do this, cancel your order or change the delivery slot, just visit the 'My Account' section.

If there is a grocery item you are not happy with, you can send them an email using the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the Delivery Information page and selecting the Product Complaint form. If Waitrose & Partners have placed any items in your order which you are not happy with, the delivery driver will take them away and ensure your account is credited accordingly.

Waitrose & Partners is a British supermarket chain which forms the food retail division of The John Lewis Partnership. They combine the convenience of a supermarket with the expertise and service of a specialist shop, taking pride in the freshness and quality of their food. The first Waite, Rose & Taylor store appeared on the high street in 1904, in Acton. When David Taylor left, Wallace Wyndham Waite and Arthur Rose formed Waitrose & Partners Ltd in 1908.

Apply for a Partnership Card online and you will earn points every time you make a purchase with it anywhere that MasterCard is accepted. These points will, three times a year, be turned into vouchers which you can use to save money when shopping in both Waitrose & Partners and John Lewis. You can also add up to three additional cardholders on your primary account.

Waitrose & Partners can boast more than 350 stores. This includes convenience branches, as well as shops at Welcome Break service stations. The figure represents an increase of more than 150 since 2009.

Shop online at Waitrose & Partners and you can have your groceries delivered for free if you spend £60. Order online and opt to collect it, meanwhile, and this will be free when you spend at least £40.
